As Widen’s Director of Customer Success, Michael leads all of the teams focused on delivering long-term success, including professional services, customer success management, customer support, community, and training. Before joining Widen, Michael spent almost ten years with New Balance where he implemented and managed content and marketing technology systems, including their DAM solution. Based in St Louis, Missouri, Michael holds a bachelor of music degree from Northwestern University, a master’s degree in missiology from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and is an executive MBA candidate at the University of Missouri-Columbia.
