Q. Who attends the Summit?

The Summit is for all Widen customers, whether you’re brand new or have years of experience. With a mix of Widen keynotes, customer-led breakouts, and networking sessions, you'll find new ways to develop your DAM and PIM involvement no matter your role or experience level. Past attendees include digital asset managers, librarians, marketing managers, product marketers, graphic designers, content strategists, marketing technologists, and more.

Q. Why should I attend the Summit?

The Summit offers a collaborative virtual environment for you to explore new ideas, hear details about new product updates, and form connections with other customers and Widen staff. With actionable, inspiring content, this unique conference is the only time during the year where you'll have the opportunity to meet and learn from hundreds of other Widen Collective admins and users in one virtual setting.

Q. What is the refund and substitution policy?

You may transfer your registration to another person in your organization at any time by emailing summit@widen.com. There is no fee for transfers. If you are unable to attend or arrange for a substitute, you may cancel and obtain a full refund by notifying summit@widen.com by Thursday, September 30. Cancellations after Thursday, September 30 and no-shows are non-refundable. See our terms and conditions for full details.

Q. How do I log in to the virtual event?

You will receive an email a few days prior to the event with login instructions and details on how to use the platform.

Q. Will I have an opportunity to meet one-on-one with a Widen expert?

While we don’t have time set aside specifically for one-on-one meetings with Widen experts, there are still plenty of ways to connect with us during and after the Summit. Widen staff from Customer Success, Support, Product, Development, and more will be available via chat throughout the Summit, and are more than happy to schedule a one-on-one meeting with you after the event.

Q. Will all of the sessions be recorded and accessible later on?

All sessions will be recorded and available to watch on-demand after the Summit concludes. The only way to gain access to the recordings is to purchase an all-access pass for the event.
