Empower Your B2B Sales Team With Connected Sales Materials and Portals

1:20 p.m. - 1:50 p.m. CT
All-access pass

Life Time’s Partnership Marketing team faced familiar content challenges — gaps in their sales tools, off-brand and expired assets in sales pitches, and obstacles to finding the right assets. Teresa will share how she used a mix-and-match approach to building pitch decks, a sales-first user experience in Portals, and an ongoing feedback loop to solve these problems. Further, she’ll outline how they use the Collective to give their B2B Sales team quick and easy access to over a thousand sales assets, including pitch decks, sales sheets, case studies, videos, internal resources, and more.

Key takeaways

  • Use a cohesive and connected approach to building sales materials
  • Consider the sales user experience when building portals
  • Continually optimize sales enablement through data and sales feedback

Autodesk DAM: Bridging Platforms and Managing Archives

11:15 a.m. - 11:45 a.m. CT
All-access pass

In February 2021, Autodesk transitioned to a new platform for their sales personnel. This entailed wading through seven years of mis-tagged and under-tagged assets! The Autodesk team will share what they learned through this content audit, and how they moved to using the Collective as their central source of truth for their assets — with consistent metadata.

Key takeaways

  • Centralize a metadata taxonomy in one platform
  • Declutter assets by relying on user experience
  • Refocus metadata through admin-led and user-supported metadata checking

From Excel to PIM: When You’re Ready to Abandon Spreadsheets as Your Product Information Management Tool

11:15 a.m. - 11:45 a.m. CT
All-access pass

Excel spreadsheets can’t keep pace with the speed of today’s e-commerce world. Each digital channel requires unique product information, multiple teams need access to approved content, and digital assets have  to be managed alongside product information...and all of these challenges simply can’t be managed with Excel. We will help demystify PIM and other tools in the product information tech stack, and show how they can work together to replace “product information management by spreadsheet.”

Key takeaways

  • Go from unstructured data in Excel to organized product information in PIM
  • Excel is not an effective tool for multi-team copywriting and collaboration
  • Let PIM optimize your product information for each of your distribution channels

The Art of API: Flexible iOS App Content

11:50 a.m. - 12:20 p.m. CT
All-access pass

Progressive’s in-house creative agency, ninety6, has designed and developed a mobile native application to showcase their corporate art collection. The art app allows users to mark their favorites, scan artwork on campus (or reproductions) for additional details, and place artwork in their own space using augmented reality. All artwork and corresponding metadata are provided via the Widen API, which allows the team to publish new art exhibitions as needed without pushing a new version to the Apple App Store.

Key takeaways

  • With the API’s publishing flexibility you don’t have to release new app versions for new content
  • The API offers the ability to load multiple image resolutions per layout view, creating a lightweight native app bundle size
  • There are creative ways to use the API for collections and thumbnails
