Start the Widen Summit with Widen Essentials, an in-depth course addressing the most important concepts in digital asset management and Widen Collective administration.
This training session requires active participation. You’ll be moving, thinking, talking, and strategizing with Wideneers and other Collective administrators.
Participants will be able to:
Apply knowledge of DAM capabilities to formulate their DAM purpose and vision statement
Assess their organization’s DAM users’ needs to design their DAM site’s security structure (asset groups, roles, and permissions)
Evaluate their organization’s existing processes and user needs to organize their site’s search structure (metadata and categories)
Break down their organization’s DAM needs to configure upload structures within the site (tagging security and metadata using upload profiles)
Connect the needs of their DAM users with a user experience that promotes site engagement (Dashboard, help text, download/share options)
Use Insights charts to monitor site security and performance indicators
This course is designed for beginners and knowledge of the Collective or DAM is not required. The only prerequisites are a working site and site admin privileges. The cost for this session is $899. Lunch and snacks are included on both days. This course is limited to 16 participants.
